Going to Tech Football games...

Volunteering over 24 hours at the Panhandle South Plains Fair in the Ambucs restaurant. Fries anyone?

Participating in the annual Hub City BBQ Cookoff with the South Plains Mall team. We didn't earn the coveted 'Best Booth' award but our brisket came in 3rd.
